Instructional Designer

Remote, UK

The role

We’re hiring for an experienced online/digital Instructional Designer to join us!

As a highly experienced Instructional Designer (self-paced/online), you’ll work closely with our talented in-house Client Services and Project Management teams as well as the rest of the ID team. It’ll be your main responsibility to liaise directly with client stakeholders and external SME’s to gather requirements, scope and design high-quality online learning for a SaaS product that changes rapidly. You’ll also need to demonstrate a creative use of the clients’ brand and tone of voice, graphics, system simulations and animations appropriately, and produce detailed storyboards that meet internal standards for any media assets required.

To be successful, experience of designing for a templated Content Management System (CMS) is essential. And as you’ll be working in Agile, experience of TFS is advantageous. We’d also expect you to be able to develop SME level knowledge of our SaaS product and be proficient with Camtasia screencast software.

This role is a completely remote home-working role.
